I am a career woman, working full time and running a 20-acre ranch. Needless to say, I am busy. Was married once, divorced 20 years. Had a few serious relationships since, but never remarried. Ready to consider a relationship again. I am a positive person. I am an extremely creative person. I have numerous hobbies...all creative...welding, sewing, painting, making original teddy bears, cake decorating, spinning/weaving/crochet with alpaca fiber raised on my ranch. I also love kids, though I have none of my own; hoping the man will have kids and grandkids. (I have had men ask me why: because I was busy raising my ex-husband's 4 kids from 25 years old to 32, and was never in a serious enough relationship after that where I wanted to bring a child into this world. It is one big regret in my life. I always wanted children of my own, and everyone says I would have been a great mom. Just for info :O) )

I am not interested in anyone with a criminal history. I am old fashioned and believe the man should be a MAN and the woman should be a LADY. I have worked in a mostly-male career for 26+ years and am not afraid to get down and dirty, work up a sweat and get it done. But I also know how to be a lady, and insist on being treated like one.

I am only looking to meet men who are serious about being honest, letting me get to know "the REAL them", no games, trickery or shenanigans. Been there, done that, not interested. If you are married, don't contact me. I will find out.

With all that said, I am a loving, caring, considerate, giving, artistic, talented, creative, attractive woman. Sometimes silly, sometimes quiet, mostly happy, with some scars on my heart that have shaped who I am today, but a really solid lady. I am about as "down to earth" as one can get. I am a conservative person...I know, shocking, being from California. I am a homebody...I have done alot of travelling with my career and am pretty burned out on it. However, with the right person I could enjoy travel now and then.

I love many different types of music...country, bluegrass, 70's rock, some folk, some classical, some new age. Pretty open to variety. Although I love music, I don't dance...some men would think that is good so that I wouldn't be pestering them to dance. But just for info, I don't know how.
