Haven\'t lived on the farm for some time and I miss it. My mom still lives on the farm and one day I\'ll inherit it along w/my siblings. I really miss being close to the land and the wholesome, healthy, tiring work that the farm required. If you\'re looking for an educated woman who appreciates the \"country life\" then look no further. I\'m Southern to the bone but I\'ve lived in the North and really like the change of seasons. Travel waiting for me upon retirement. There are many things I\'d like to see before I \"throw in the towel\". Music is my passion and I\'ve made my living at it since \'71. I really think that my musicianship was inspired in a 6 acre patch of cotton during my childhood. What a great place to learn improvization! I\'m a decent cook and I love to read. My child is almost on her own so I\'m approaching the \"empty next\" adaptation. I really prefer to fish with a cane pole but I\'ll stoop to a rod and reel and bait my own hook in a NY minute. I shoot w/a camera instead of a gun normally but I can pick off a \"pole cat\" when necessary. Let\'s chat...I wanna know \'bout chu???
