I like to spend my spare time outdoors (walking, hiking, biking), at home (cooking, baking, reading, watching movies, gardening) or doing other things I enjoy like swimming, going places (day-trips around the Lower Mainland, making one place to go into a day-trip) and spending time with friends and family.

I am someone who cherishes nature and our environment, but who owns a car (I like being able to go and see friends and family who live near or far). I like animals and children and enjoy spending time with both.

I spend a lot of time around farms and a farmers market even though I live in the suburbs. I live here to work and my family is here but I\'m always yearning for the country.

Leading a healthy life is important to me: running, going to the gym, spending time in nature and cooking and eating healthy food (but I love to bake so fresh bread and treats are an absolutely mandatory part of my life!). I\'m a combination of a typical suburban girl, a back-to-the-earth kind of person and a socially/environmentally concious person.

I am looking for someone who is interested in living life and going out and doing things (things you already enjoy and new things), preferably outdoors; but also someone who enjoys puttering around home. I like people who are down-to-earth and enjoy life but are up to the challenges that life can throw you. I am looking for someone outgoing, fun, who likes to laugh and is thoughtful.

I always have projects on the go that expand my horizons (trying something new, volunteering at a festival/sporting event, reading, etc.). I am a firm believer in challenging yourself.

I am a “simple-living” kind of person who tries to spend her time and money on life experiences rather than on material possessions. My future plans include a home and family and perhaps a life out in the country.
