I\'ve been on my own for the last 8 1/2 years and really don\'t mind the single life. But, the older I get, the more I\'m thinking that it would be nice to have someone to share my life with.
I\'m not a big city girl, I live in a small town in WA with a population of 3,000 people. I love it here and would never want to live in a big city. But, the thing that I\'ve discovered is that it\'s very difficult to meet a man in a small town. Everybody knows everybody here, and all the men are much too young, too old, or too married!
I\'ve tried dating clubs on the internet and have not had the best luck...I\'ve met some real scary people, although I do have to say that I\'ve met a few really nice ones too. And it had come to the point where I had just about decided that I didn\'t want to do the internet dating thing anymore.....that is, until I read about this program.
So...here I am!
I love the outdoors, especially if I can go on day trips and take my camera with me. I love doing scenic photography...everything from mountains, to waterfalls to covered bridges to lighthouses and sunsets...you name it, I\'ll photograph it!
I\'ve never lived on a farm or ranch, but I do love the wide open spaces. I guess that\'s why this site sounded so good to me.
I love to laugh, have a pretty good sense of humor, and am pretty easy to get along with. I\'m not too bad to look at, although I\'m pretty tall and DO carry some extra pounds. So, if you\'re intimidated by tall, large gals, then you won\'t want me!
Also, to be open and honest and up front....I have to say that I\'ve had 4 surgeries on my back so can\'t do heavy lifting. I get around pretty good...I work in a pharmacy/gift store full time, so I\'m not an invalid....I just can\'t do heavy work. Maybe I wouldn\'t fit on a farm, but sure would like to give it a try.
