I am originaly from California and came to Oklahoma by way of the military and love it here. I have a small place of my own and enjoy working on it. I like to raise food from the garden and have taught my self to can the excess for later.
Got to say sitting on the porch listening to the calm of the country or drinking coffee durring a spring rain is GREAT! I love to hunt, shoot, and like to fish when they are biting of course. I have a few animals and with them come chores but I do like it. I work a full time job and at times another at home trying to get fence built and the such but find time to visit friends and the kids. I feel the most comfortable out of my uniform and in an pair of jeans and a T-shirt and like a woman that feels the same. I am looking to meet new people and visit hopefully making new friends along the way. You can not rush things and never will get any where without being friends first. Distance is an issue for all of us but I would be willing to explore that issue for the right person. How about you?
