I\'m looking for a connection with a like-minded person, that is passionate about the environment, permaculture, and an agrarian lifestyle.

I raise cattle and hay in a sustainable operation with a never-ending thirst to diversify. The farm has lush pastures, rolling hills, trickling creeks, old-growth forest, wildlife, spectacular mountain views, wildflowers, and is truly a surreal workplace. I am very fortunate to have built a house in this heaven-on-earth, and am truly thankful for it every day.

I have a wonderful 3yo daughter that is a joy to be around. She is gorgeous and a genius--doesn\'t every father say that? Like my pastures, she is the product of loving cultivation. We are very fortunate to have a great family that\'s not too far away and not too close ;)

I love cooking and trying new recipes and foods. I keep a clean house even though my dog and cat don\'t help my efforts.

In my free time I enjoy anything outdoors including hiking the Blue Ridge mountains, which are basically in my backyard. After the sun goes down, I\'m usually reading and broadening my knowledge of sustainability et al. I have lots of hobbies including rocking out on piano or guitar, tending my vegetable garden, and strolling around the universe with my telescope. I love the farm, but sometimes I have to get away and travel. Where would you like to go?
