I\'ve lived in an extremely remote mountain cove about one hour from Asheville, North Carolina, for nine years. With help from friends, I reconstructed an antique log cabin off the grid with solar panels for electricity. I\'m not a farmer but I grow my own organic vegetables, vastly enjoy the wildlife, and always feeling like I\'ve got this incredible secret that city people could never even dream of.

Saying that, I\'ll also add that I enjoy short stints to Asheville too. For me, a small city has some stimulating perks -- musical events, restaurants, workshops, yoga classes, and a different breed of friends. But I\'m always sooooo happy to come home!

I\'m interested in an open-minded man who wants to continue learning in life, who enjoys remote living, and stays fit.
I\'ve been exposed to a lot of things in life and traveled the world at a young age, so I want a broad-minded man.

I have some mild physical limitations as a result of a surgery several years ago, so I am more of a homebody than I used to be. I love vegetarian cooking and I\'m always experimenting in ways to delight people. I\'m not a strict vegetarian, though. It\'s one of my great joys to be cooked for, as well! l\'d like to find a man who loves music. I play the Celtic harp.

I am monogamous, affectionate, and uninhibited sexually. I prefer a man who is endowed a little above average in that department and puts a high priority on a great sex life.

I have one grown daughter and we have been best friends since she came into the world. I have good relationships with all of my extended family and no skeletons in the closet.

I am appreciative of all my past relationships and have no regrets. I\'ve had some hardships in my life but have a disposition that seems to turn them all around. I do believe that we create our own realities. I\'m a pretty positive person with a consistent good mood and big smile!
