I used to work for a custom harvesting company in the summer and fall, they were based in Kansas, though we\'d travel from the Texas boarder to the Canadian boarder. I drove truck, ran a combine, and did the cooking for the crew when we had time off...and oh yes I was the official picture taker, you need a picture of a combine in a wheat field, well I have hundreds to choose from! I really loved custom harvesting and honestly think life is a tad boring now.

In the fall, winter, & spring I go to school full time in Brookings. I started out studying history but am now studying agriculture. I will graduate May \'09...finally. Not really sure where I will end up after college, pretty open to any where in the mid-west I guess.

Mainly I like to spend time outside. I enjoy sports, reading, camping, canoeing, and spending time with family and friends.

My parents and older brother have 400 holstein dairy cows in eastern MN just 55 miles north of Minneapolis. They also farm 2000 acres of corn, soybeans, and alfalfa. I have an interest in dairy, but I don\'t really see myself farming with my parents. I have 3 brothers, 1 sister, 1 brother in law, and 1 niece. My parents have been married for 33 years. My family is really important to me, I love them all, and try to spend as much time with them as I can.
