I am not the kind of person to beat around the bush, or play games. I say what I mean, I do what I say. I am reliable and punctual. I am not into shopping or going to the mall to browse. Home Depo maybe. I don not really enjoy hanging out in bars as I very rarely drink, I have no desire to hang around with people who do drink often and or to access.
My idea of a great date (after I get to know you for a while) is a good dinner at home. I am a great cook, and a master of the BBQ. A good movie, or some stand up comedy. Then some great (not just good) loving. I actually like staying home, your place or mine. I am not looking for a one night stand or a bootie call, serious inquires only. If the word relationship scares you time to move on to the next option now... I seek a mate but am not in a sprint to the altar.
Oh, your still here... I have no children, and can not have any children. I like children so if you have some (or even grand kids) that is cool. I have always kind of been looking for a family to adopt me. I have practically built a house in my life time from sweating pipe to dry wall I have done it all.
You must love animals. I love animals, all animals. I have three cats (no, I am not the cat lady, but run if you must), so if you hate them or are allergic to them, time to move on to the next option now. I am an accomplished equestrian (I hope you didn’t have to look up that word). I grew up as a Navy officers brat, riding English, show jumping some cross country, but would love to ride almost any horse any where anytime. I am not afraid to muck out a barn or pick hooves, providing the horse has manors. Of course I also love dogs. I have been called an animal whisper, even with dogs and cats deemed feral. You have to see it to believe it. I have done a lot of work for the humane society so that is how that came to be.
I am quite possibly the funniest person you will ever meet. Seriously, I crack people up everywhere I go. I still have the ability to love deeply even after all the pain and betrayal that has been inflicted upon me. I HATE cheaters, and liars. You will probably only get one chance to blow it with me. I live alone, and I am okay with that, but would really rather have someone in my life.
I am getting older to also.

I would consider relocating to be with the right man. But long distance relationships are difficult, and me moving cross country would be risky for me. Been there done that bought a t-shirt I still have it. It was a very expensive t-shirt in many ways.

If you have ever wondered if all the good ones are taken in long term relationships look at it this way. Sometimes through little to no fault of the good mates they end up back in the mate pool. I can think up lots of reasons that might happen. Can you? So if this has happened to you... Fire up your key board and write me now... You must have a picture to send or one posted somewhere. I do.

What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger is just a load of crap people say who are not going through it. Time heals all wounds is another. The scars are survivors you never loose. I personally like live and learn. I now operate at a genius level. Just be yourself, you will score points for honesty. It is okay to be vulnerable. If I see a tear in your eye I won’t move in for the kill we all have our demons, ghosts and baggage. It is how we pack and carry it that counts. You can talk to me...
