Restoring/repairing old houses, rescuing animals, reading and writing, sustainable organic farming and gardening and supporting libraries in various ways are passions. I\'ve lived various lifestyles in several parts of the country, including the Rocky Mountains in Colorado in the middle of nowhere and the Ozarks in southern Missouri. I am a voracious reader and have a large home library. Homeopathy and herbal treatments keep me and my animals healthy. I work out several times a week and am in excellent physical condition and health.
