I'm a retired police officer who grew up as a farmers daughter. If I could, I'd have a yard full of chickens and a couple of horses like I used to. Unfortunately, life's twists and turns have led me to the big city of Las Vegas. I've been a widow for 12 years. I'd like to find a man like John Wayne-strong and masculine, but also kind and gentle. I believe you can tell a lot about a man by the way he treats an animal. I love being outdoors, like riding horses and hiking. I go to the gym everyday because it just makes me feel better. Near the ocean is my favorite place to be, so it's actually kind of funny that I ended up in the desert. I love to laugh, and I am an anti-drama woman. Life is too short to be anything but happy. I'm big on spending my money wisely, own my home, and live debt free, but love spoiling my grandchildren, because that's what grandmas do. I spent 25 years as a cop (5 years with a K9 partner), and now I just want to spend my time enjoying all the good this life has to offer, but would love to find my "John Wayne" to share it with.
