About beyondorganic:
I am a very passionate guy committed to bringing a better way of life to my community. I love to travel and make new connections to the earth and others who share my desire to make positive change in agriculture. I am also called a ridiculous optimist, but i find it has done me pretty well.

I love to be outdoors, and especially on our family farm. We raise many different animals, and many varieties of fruits and vegetables. I am currently undertaking the enormous chore of transitioning 3,000 acres of conventional land to organic. I am also building a garden and after school program in our rural community to educate children on eating and living well.

I absolutely love children. And my nieces and nephews constantly remind me of that. I look forward to raising intelligent, thoughtful kids in a healthy farm atmosphere and sharing the values that have made my life wonderful.
