I'm a fourth generation farmer, so I guess you could say it's in my blood. I live on the same piece of land that my great-grandfather homesteaded in the late 1800's. I also have a few cattle and own/operate a small trucking company that operates locally. I enjoy hanging out with friends, playing cards, BBQn, watching and playing sports, hunting, fishing, ridin my motorcycle and spending time with my two boys. I'm pretty much an old-fashioned person when it comes to how I treat a woman and people in general I guess. I believe that a person should be known more by what they do (for others) and less by who they are or the people they know. It's seems like these days, it's all about what you have. A brand new house or truck doesn't matter too me, as long as I've got my friends, my family and someone close to me that I can share life with, that's all that matters. If you've ever heard the song "Western Skies" by Chris LeDoux, you'll know what I mean.

Someone who understands the time and commitment it takes to do what I do and can appreciate the advantages that come along with being able to raise a family on the farm. Someone that enjoys sports, hanging out with friends, family time and quiet evenings at home when time allows. Someone that understands that spending time together sometimes means checking pastures on a four wheeler on a sunny Sunday afternoon.
