Hello to all and thanks for checking out my Profile. Been out of the dating game for awhile due to work, travel and finances. I have always thought I wanted/needed to have all my ducks in a row before getting really serious about finding that special someone but here I am at 44 with no one to share my life with. So now that my ducks are lined up and I have all the things that are important like a house, a good stable job, 2 cars and all the toys a man could ever need or want the only thing I am missing is someone to enjoy them with. Friends have always told me not to look for a relationship it will just happen so that has always been my approach. Well it has not worked yet so now I'm trying something new.

I am a pretty outgoing person when it comes to interacting with people in my everyday life but when it comes to meeting a nice girl I can be a bit shy which for some reason is really out of character for my personality. I have been in several committed relationships over the years and have let a few great gals get away. Fortunatly I have learned from my adventures and I am now much more prepared for a new chapter of my life. My main goal in building a relationship with a woman is to be best friends and enjoy each others company and spending time together sharing like interests. It's hard to find a nice gal that likes hunting and the outdoor lifestyle or will at least put up with it. With that being said I hunt because I enjoy being out in the woods and it is something you are able to do by yourself connecting with nature. I am however serious about putting the time and effort into a relationship and know if that comes that I will need to be more flexible and available to my partner and share and be interested in their interests as well. Good relationships are not one sided they are about comprimise so I guess I am ready to comprimise in some aspects of my life in order to accomidate my partner.

I love the mountains and have a family cabin in the mountains where I enjoy spending time riding 4 wheelers or doing some fishing, reading or exploring the local area for interesting out of the way places like General Stores or a Country Diner which always seem to have the best for for miles.

I enjoy traveling around the U.S. and have live all over the country over the last 20 years. I love hunting and the outdoor lifestyle. I also enjoy golfing but have not played in years due to my new budget which includes a mortgage. My finances and keeping things moving forward is a serious priority for me but also like to have nice things and take care of them so they last.

I enjoy most types of music especially country. Would love to learn how to do the Texas 2 Step Dance. It looks like fun when you are doing with someone special. I like sports on TV like College Football (especially Penn State, Nascar, Hockey and Golf. I am a big time movie buff. I would be a great partner in Trivial Pursuit in the movie and entertainment category.

I could probably write a book on here but that being said if you like what you have read so far then maybe you should make contact and we can get to know each other better and talk about the things I couldn't cover in 1000 words or less.
