I spend much of my free time at the farm where my Friesian horse boards. We train and compete in dressage. I hope to meet a farm-oriented man who rides, and who just loves horses. I understand and have tremendous respect for the dedication and the amount of work requied to maintain a farm. There's nothing quite like a beautiful view of fields and animals, whether in the sunrise of summer or through the haze of a winter's day.

A positive outlook on life is most important, even as the decades go by. A guy who can't imagine a household without dogs and cats, in addition to the farm animals, especially horses. I also like some things that are typically associated with the city--museums, opera, baseball games, and travel--so you should be inclined to go along from time to time. You should have an appreciation for a comfortable house with modern amenities, but nothing fancy. I get a kick out of big trucks! I am not comfortable with people who like hunting.
