So technically I didn\'t grow up on a farm (it was an acreage), but I\'m definitely a farmgirl at heart...my friends will attest to that! I love county fairs, pick-up trucks, corn mazes, camping and fall festivals...basically anything outside I\'m there! (I even sometimes go out driving in the country just to \"see dirt\" and smell the fresh air since I\'m currently living in the city). Oh, and I LOVE barn dancing and bluegrass music...a good \'ol hoe-down always gets me going!

I have a degree in Horticulture from ISU (I grew up in IA) and spent 3 years working as a greenhouse grower here in Toledo before \"taking a break\" with my current job at a mutual funds company. I\'m always up for adventure...especially in the form of travel. My most recent trip was out West with one of my roommates to the Grand Canyon etc...I think the best part was getting lost on the back-country 4WD roads!

I am a strong Christian who believes in living life to the fullest...we only get one pass through life, so you have to live it for all you\'re worth and invest in what really matters...like people and relationships and living as the person God made YOU to be (not who you think you\'re \"supposed\" to be or who other people want you to be--I\'m really still learning that one:)
