My children raise and show rabbits & chickens and participate in 4H, as well as other extra-curriculur activities.
I enjoy gardening, canning, cooking & baking, photography, scrapbooking and making jewelry. I also enjoy shooting sports (trap), country music & NASCAR, sitting on the porch in the evening waiting for the deer to come out or going in the 4WD to look for them, roasting marshmallows around the bonfire.

I am most at home in jeans and a t-shirt with the animals (I like rabbits, sheep, cows, horses & cats) and working in a greenhouse, but bugs do give me the creepy crawlies! I also like certain breeds of dogs (not crazy about them being in the house - more of a cat person) and many dogs seem to like me - customers are always fascinated with how well their dogs take to me.

I also decided to add - I am a conservative soul, outraged by much of the stupidity in our current society, saddened by much of what is going on in our country, member of the NRA, who has a concealed carrying permit which I use - started out as protection for myself due to my employment and all of the gun control talk has made me feel even more strongly about the preservation of the 2nd amendment and keeping or taking our country back to what our founding fathers intended when they founded America. Looking for a like-minded individual who agrees with much of that statement and someone who can think for themselves.

Looking for someone who is energetic & fun (sense of humor), not too high-strung or uptight, but knows how to take care of business without stressing everyone out around him! Like to laugh. Do you like Duck Dynasty? Someone who can be affectionate and has a great heart.
Hard-working, Positive minded, Christian person who loves the Lord and likes children, as there are 2 teenagers and 1 kindergardner and 1 toddler that are in the picture and there isn't a Dad taking them every other weekend as Dad is with the Lord - or I wouldn't be looking. 3 girls and a boy - he loves to shoot trap, trout fish, trap (animals) and archery hunt deer. It would be awesome if you enjoy some of those activities and want to eventually become a father-figure (although he is becoming a man himself), the girls vary all have different interests - have everything from a Tom-boyish to a girly, girl - I discipline my children - they are well-behaved and respectful (they do have their moments). On occasion they do spend time with the in-laws, but they are definitely part of the package for the next 15 years.

You need to be someone who is not intimidated by someone who runs their own business. We were never into handouts and worked for everything and I have had to learn to do that to keep food on the table and I won't be too quick to set that all aside. I'm not saying I wouldn't, eventually, for the right person, but not right away. I have watched too many friends going through heartache with relationships. I was lucky while I had him.
Just wondering if this is the best way or if it is to just see what path God takes me down to see if I am supposed to meet someone again. I am extremely gun-shy since I know how hard it is to find a guy who is honest and true.
