I am a young farmer starting a small diversified vegetable farm. Eventually, I hope to run an educational farmstead and market solar dried fruits, vegetables and herbs. But that is all still many years down the road. In the winter months I enjoy a lot of domestic projects like cooking, baking and mending my old clothes. I also enjoy getting outside regularly to enjoy winter activities like skiing or skating. There is a lot to keep me busy in the winter, but certainly there is also a lot of time for meeting new people
