Recently retired higher educator adjusting again to semi-country living. More near woods dwelling, gardening, and property upkeep rather than substantive farming. Adore animals, and have dogs and birds. At times, I may exhibit a reserved, soft, and reflective manner, but appreciate humor and exhibit dry wit. I respect kindness and seek to show the same. I'm fine with social activities and family-type gatherings, but have adapted well past those days that incorporated the nightspot scene.
I enjoy RV camping to the beach or mountains, fishing, good dining in or out,seeing movie classics, paying attention to politics and other news, and readings, such as history. I enjoy working with outside plants, but not so much inside (lol). I am a decent cook. In my life, I have worked elsewhere, and traveled fairly widely.
