Raised on a dairy farm..became a dairy farmer, know how to operate tractor. You can take girl out of country, but "never" the country out of the girl. Have always loved the simplicity of the farm life was great place to raise kids and grandkids. Returned to the family farm after Katrina 2005.

After my sons were grown, I went back to college to become a RN. I have been blessed to have a job that I love and it affords me the pleasures I enjoy. I am a chemo nurse, treating cancer patients. It is a rewarding job and has made me appreciate ALL God has blessed me with and do not take it for granted. I also enjoy travel nursing, I enjoy seeing other part of the country.

My friends would say I am compassionate, caring, generous, and love life. Family is important to me. Enjoy spending time with friends, bbq, boating, crawfish boils, live theater, a night on the town.

Have many interested, horseback riding, whitewater rafting, gardening, traveling, strolling the beach or the French Quarter, seeing history that made this country what it it. Love dancing, to a great band, in the kitchen as we cook together to the beat of our own music or in the rain, watching a thunderstorm, or cuddling on the couch together, on a lazy summer day listening to the rain on the tin roof. Not afraid to get dirt on my hands or playing in the mud and can go from jeans to black dress..

What I searched for at 18 is not the same thing I look for today. I am more interested in what is in your heart than what is in your bank account. Someone who is comfortable in their own skin. Who can be themself. Not intested in changing anyone. I know there is soo much more to a person than what is on this site profile. Comfortable where I am in life.. but would love to share life with a christian gentleman, who likes the country life.
