He is set in the person God made him, comfortable in his own skin, and carries the same confidence I myself do. He loves his country and in spite of the Nay Sayers thinks we will be just fine. He knows we live in a land of abundance and sees only possibilities in other\'s future fears. He makes no apologies for being Conservative in a Liberal town.

He is not a heavy drinker and does not touch any drugs nor tobacco. He loves God, animals and he loves people, he loves himself and he will love me. He is the type that can step up and take care of any difficult situation with the determination of a charging bull! And yet tenderly cradle a child, or pick up the smallest creature with the same gentleness that he touches me.

He always does the right thing, not the easiest.

He is level headed and calm when dealing with adversaries, a slight smile as they go off on a rant, and he knows he has the upper hand by just standing his ground, but no need to shout! As his quiet strength speaks louder than any raised words.

He can take care of himself, and his own, but is not above reaching out. He shows his softer side to those he loves and his vulnerable self to me.

What he gets in return is a partner that can match him where needed, lets him lead when wise and can get in his face without question should he be wrong, but will support him always. Someone who will love all the parts that make up him, and understands what it means to a guy, to be a guy.

I have no desire to change him as we are nearly a tailor made fit. And our differences though few complement each other. And where he is harder I am softer. Where he is rock solid I am his port in the storm. I offer the world to the right guy and ask for the moon in return. And together we will create our universe.
