I was born and raised in southest Tx but have been living in Oklahoma for 7 yrs now. I love living in the country & being around farm animals. I own a beautiful quarter horse, 2 dashund dogs, & 1 cat. I love riding my horse when I can. I am easy going and have been told I have a great sense of humor and a good personality.I really enjoy the company of good down to earth country people. I drove semi trucks as a profession for over 25 yrs. I drove by myself most of the time but have also run team. I love traveling & seeing the country and that is what attracted me to that kind of work. I started out in the oilfield driving small trucks mostly in the southern states and eventually started driving a semi tractor trailer & found a job that fit my style which was being around animals. In 1982 I started hauling race horses & show horses across country for about 3 yrs. Later on in 1985 I started hauling livestock all over the US. In the year 2000 I was run over by an 800 lb steer when trying to unload at an auction barn down in Okeechobee Florida which kinda put me down for a few years. I am doing pretty good these days and very blessed to be alive. I\'ve had a few major sugeries caused from my life on the truck and being around farm animals. I guess you would say that bulls & steers kinda play rough lol! I haul them now & then just on short hauls. I don\'t get around as fast as I used to but I get around okay lol! I am ready to take things a little easier in life and have someone to enjoy it with. I would like to meet somebody who will like me as I am and not try to change me. I really believe 2 people can enjoy each other and compromise with each other thru most anything. I have been divorced 4 years now & don\'t have children of my own. I do have step children that I love like my own who live down in Tx. I don\'t smoke or curse. I\'m not perfect but I try to be no I\'m just kidding! I love going to Rodeos, bar-b-q\'s, friendly gatherings, and most anything to do with country living. Oh I\'m not an interior decorator I am strictly western. I believe in keeping a house clean but I\'m not a perfectionest and I don\'t do the decorating thing except around Christmas time lol! Don\'t get me wrong I love it but have worked most of my life in the kind of work where I never had time for it.
