have two teenage kids,1 king shepherd and an organic mushroom farm,we grow shiitake and oyster mushrooms year round i am 3rd generation mushroom grower.have raised in the past hydroponics ,aquaponics,aeroponics,mushroom tea compost,tilapia,herbs, arrugala,baby mesclun salad currently raising sustainable boer goats,pastured chickens and turkeys. on my list is dexter cows, silver fox rabbitts and bee colonies.making biodiesel and cellulosic ethanol are current projects.also building biomass heated greenhouse with radiant flooring.track days,black rifles and pistolcraft are my passions .what are yours?
