Well here goes, I consider myself steadfast, genuine, compassionate and loyal and I am a one woman man. I'm down to earth and my feet are planted firmly on the ground, I like the little things that most people take for granted. I have a since of humor and feel that laughing and being happy is the key of living life at it's fullest. A strength of character is as important as being physically and mentally fit. I believe that open communication and honesty is a must in being best friends and building a loving and lasting relationship. I worked hard in my younger years and retired early. I have a very good life now. I have sixty acres of farm land with a comfortable home in Maine for the summer months and a home in Florida for the winter months. I also have a camp lot on the largest lake in Maine and spend most every weekend, camping, fishing, hiking and exploring the mountains,lakes and streams in the great outdoors of Maine. I like eating out,(I am not one for fast food) I like watching first runs movies on the big screen. I don't like the bar scene but I do like to go dancing or just stay home and cook a nice dinner maybe go for a walk in a warm summer rain. I don't raise animals or have any pets now as I can not give them the love and care they deserve. I do however plant a garden for fresh veggies and table flowers.
