I am looking for a woman with whom I can have a deep, loving relationship - a life-partner with whom I can co-create a good life in the country or maybe a small town. I have lived and worked the past 4 and half years on a farm outside a small town not far from where I was born and raised, near the capital region of New York. I've been the farm's operations manager, having been given an opportunity to do something I've always dreamed of - farming. I didn't have a lot of experience but after almost 5 years there, I've learned a thing or two, with more learning continually coming, I hope. Next, I'm hoping for a small farm of my own, which I'm looking around for. I want to grow much of my own food in a garden, and am considering a variety of farming ventures. With some help, I got a vineyard planted on that last farm, as well as raised a dozen chickens and started a vegetable garden. Other jobs I've done to have enough income are, taking care of a 4 unit apartment building I've bought and renovated, and I also do some bookkeeping. I have traveled a good deal, around the USA and some other countries, when I was looking for a place where I'd enjoy living and work I'd enjoy doing. For 12 years I was the fitness director of a big health and racquet club in Florida. Later I lived and worked at a number of spiritual and yoga communities and spent time in a great Buddhist monastery near Monterey, California. Work that I think I've been good at is in management of businesses where I've been successful at creating positive environments that both the workers and the customers enjoyed being in. I love making music - I play the guitar, and I read a lot looking for learning, wisdom, and inspiration. I also am big on hiking. I am told I am very youthful for my age. I feel that I experience much growth and am most fulfilled by being in an intimate relationship with a woman.
