Not your average run of the mill girl next door. First off, I have ink and piercings, have had them more of my life than not. I ride my own Harley, my friend\'s Horses, and drive a Jeep. I work cattle (brangus) on a friend\'s ranch in Willcox, ride the annual Rex Allen Days Parade, and take care of friend\'s horses in Tucson when the students go away for break. I\'m currently considering early retirement from the UofA. My career had been predominantly Clinical and Analytical genetics. I have an extensive background in animal husbandry as well as landscaping. Horses are my life, my dreams, my healing. The other hoof stock are a different relationship, you don\'t make pets of your food.

I have acreage in NW NM, eco friendly/green community, still rife with it\'s politics, of course, but I\'m far enough removed from all of that, I could care less. Water harvesting, solar, wind, and propane energy. Pasture for horse, hoof stock (including game), and rabbit for food, fur, and fertilizer. Botany and horticulture are more from experience than book learning, although I have a bit of that, too. Being volcanic soil, grapes are a major item as arbors provide beautiful shade in the summer, and a harvest, well, I\'ve tasted NM wines and they\'re awesome. Beekeeping experience? I\'ve had some, if you have more, even better. I want to return something good to this earth , more than this husk I wear when life\'s done.

I\'m looking for a life mate, a partner, someone who knows his way around a horse, a barn, a tractor, and love. Being romantic is not sissy stuff, it\'s even kind of nice, but not necessary every day. I\'ve been burnt more times than not, each lesson offering a new perspective and better screening. Optimism is my greatest strength, as is my devout loyalty to the Nine Noble Virtues of my ancestors. Honesty, integrity, and perseverance are just a few of my strong points. And if you can dance, well, that would be an awesome bonus!!! In fact, it\'s a pertinent requirement.

I currently reside with four cats and a really dumb border collie, but he\'s a good working dog and very socially adept. If I could only be the person my dog thinks I am!!!!

I abide with the forces of nature and realize sometimes man gets in the way. What works for you, works for me for you, as what works for me works. I know the power of prayer.
