I was born and raise on a bottom land dairy and tobacco farm in northern Ky. It has been my draem since I was 20 to own and run my own farm. I am still dreaming, the closest I get to farming now is my flower beds. I am happiest getting my hands dirty in the soil. I think the best life is that of a framer.
I am a strictally a scratch cook and make my own bread and rolls. I use no prepackaged meals at all except for pizza, haven\'t tackeled it yet. Most of my pie and cake recipies are my Mother and Grandmothers. I love cooking for a crowd. Fixing a dinner for 10 or 15 people does not phase me, it\'s cooking for 1 thats a chore, I haven\'t figured out how to fix a roast for just one. I really don\'t think it\'s possible.
