Not in need but would like a partner. I think it's the natural order of things. Been alone a long time -doing the parenting thing and now that's over (well, it's never really over) and can focus on me! Big horse lover (all animal lover-very passionate about that!), hard worker, good side by side helpmate. Have a 10 year young dog I can't part with, he's my best bud. Looking for balance on most levels and am very adaptable. I'm pretty funny and love to laugh.I'm well traveled, well read and can hold my own in most situations. Artsy. Clean up on short notice and can swing a maddox or go to an elegant affair in the same hour-really I can!. Would love to have an intimate, no holds barred relationship. At this age, time is finite, so why be unhappy? I realize there are compromises involved and especially after the fleeting "in love" phase. Companionship is important! It's a choice we make to love and respect each other and the maturity to stick with and carry that out. Comfortable silences are great! Laughing is the best! So is yakety yakin', knowing when to do each is the key... Flexible and open minded, I would like to stay in California for a couple of years as my family needs me somewhat close for a bit -family first! More on me later, let me hear about you!
