Here\'s what my friends might say: I\'m sweet, happy, healthy, funny, affectionate, feisty, patriotic, a great cook, a traditional homebody, Christian, & pretty darn smart (most of the time). I enjoy learning as much as I can learn and always wonder how things work! I love farms, history, old homes, old cars, old stories, hardware stores, roosters, mules, and small towns (like Mayberry). I also love the big cities but just for short-term fun.

I work as a legal assistant for an oil and gas energy company here in Michigan. And I do a little freelance contracting, too.I love to read (non-fiction mostly) and down-home cooking is a passion I\'d love to share. I love my family and appreciate my country.

I couldn\'t have any children, so instead I\'ve worked and traveled alot and spent a few years in Europe, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and in other parts of the U.S. while in the military (2 active duty hitches).

I\'d love to have a sweetie of my own but prefer to start with a good friend to have fun with... any potential for romance isn\'t really essential right away... but I sure wouldn\'t rule it out for the right man! I think being best friends FIRST makes for the best long-term relationships anyway, don\'t you?
