Hi farm folk!

I finally got into this and I love the glamour! A small troop of Scottish highlanders got me started and I'm selling the meanest, leanest and hairiest beef I ever knew existed. I would like to have a diversified operation with season extension and all that jazz on this beautiful, fertile land I purchased some years ago. Looking to share the experience - and glamour - so lets create nirvana!

Update 05/12 - I've expanded the farmette to include some CSA shares and wholesale accounts. Need help! Soon I'll be drowning in unwanted zucchinis and cucumbers - thankfully the chickens will eat them. Partners in crime are welcome to apply!

About me - I consider myself loyal and honest - will give the shirt off my back. I'm close to my family, but they are not around the corner. I consider cuddling a rewarding activity! My interests are fairly diverse - I enjoy all related to homesteading and nature and live music very much. Gardening and landscaping is my specialty (a side business) I also like hosting kids on the farm to connect them to the outdoors. I like building stuff too - I've reconstructed old homes to make them energy efficient and healthy. I can also appreciate "frivolty" like cars and motorcycles. My adventurous side is dormant, but waking. In the past I have skydived, motorcycled across the USA and extended backpacking. For now, I'll do day and weekend trips in New England when I have someone to mind the farm.
