I believe in living life as if there is no tomorrow, don't put things off or they may not happen. That is one thing I learned from my husbands untimely death from cancer. We were together for 29 years.

I work full time at a teaching hospital and then come home to 18 horses (started with 28 and am still trying to downsize to about 6). We used to breed, train, and show Western Pleasure, Halter, and Youth horses but that was primarily my husbands business. I helped keep them tuned up, groomed, and fed but he did most of the showing. I myself would like to get back into reining horses but I haven't ridden one in about 30 years.

I love long trail rides, camping, 4-wheelers (in the mud or dirt), dancing (that could be in the kitchen while cooking, in the bedroom, out at the barn as I always keep a radio playing, or at a club), reading, traveling, and am open to trying anything at least once.

I am a very passionate person that loves to be close to the one I love as much as possible in every way possible. I will do anything in the world for that special person. I am very open and honest and have no issues with sharing my feelings. I am very even-tempered and have tons of patience. I am smart and learn quickly, whether it be with machinery, horses, computer programs, etc.

I am fun loving, smile all the time, and rarely meet a stranger. If someone shows up at dinner time I invite them in for dinner. By the way I am a pretty good cook.

I believe in the saying, "Do unto others as you want others to do unto you". I go to Cowboy Church every Thursday evening and wouldn't miss it for anything. Without God I wouldn't have made it through the last 4 years.

I am just as comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt as I am in Business Attire or a cocktail dress. Whatever is appropriate for the occassion.

I am looking for someone that shares the same values. That wants to be a lifelong partner to walk side by side with. For the right person I would be willing to sell and relocate and if they would like I would work right beside them in whatever they do.
