While not on the farm now, I have historically raised horses, milked goats (and made cheese, soap, did my basic vet work,led 4-H), sheep (and spun wool) rabbits, chickens, hogs and steers (all to the freezer). I garden (well?) and have canned and froze to my heart's content. Tonight I was enjoying the pumpkin pie that I made from my own garden pumpkin. I live alone, not counting my dog and cat. I value the rural family focus and value the land. I believe in caring for the land for future generations. The happiest times of my life have been when I have centered my time around the land, animals and nature. I'd love to share time and ?? with an intelligent, rural-loving man who is grounded in his connection to the cycles of life on the farm or in nature.
