Retired "Jill of All Trades" living on 2 1/2 irrigated acres in Western Colorado. Used to work for Case Implement Dealer in Wyoming farming & doing mechanics. Spent time in the oil patch, as a carpenter and truck driver. I know my way around the kitchen, barn, tool shop, pasture and mountains but not the mall.
I'm outside every chance I can get. I like watching storms roll in, Canadian geese on the fly, stargazing, photography, rock hounding and hiking. I enjoy reading western history, Tony Hillerman, The FencePost & most nonfiction literature.
I like antiques, western art, and good conversation. Having a sense of humor is a plus.
I'm a pushover for rescuing animals & a champion for the underdog.
I've got two grown daughters, 10 rabbits and a guinea pig.
I'm not looking to raise another family, just friends to share similar interests.
