Im a Hawkeye girl living and working in Illinois for the time being. Grew up on a farm with pigs, cattle, sheep and horses and will always be a country girl. I am currently a nursery manager for a family owned farm who raise hogs and row crops in Illinois and in Brazil.
I have been a radio DJ, a nurse, a newspaper journalist, an oversize load escort, bought and ran a gas station with my brother and sister and had fun as a mixoligist aka bartender. I was blessed to be able to do all the the things I wanted to do when I was younger, and found that caring for pigs was where my heart was. I am currenty looking into goin back to vet school.
I like Hawkeye football, sprint car racing, animals, the feeling after a hard days work, bacon, Budweiser, and the smell of fresh cut grass.
I dislike people who lie, sad goodbyes, hot dogs, ticks, people who lack common sense and the smell of hot garbage.
I am quick witted and call things like I see them, but also have a caring side and am a great listener. I also have a quiet side where I just like to chill by a good fire.
My family is a huge part of my life. And I have two dogs. One-e and Baliff, father and son that love to go for rides in the back of my truck. They are my boys.
Just looking for someone who gets "it" as far as the country way of life and appreciates me for what I bring to the table.
