I am a young organic dairy producer from upstate NY. I live and work on a 1000 acre farm that has been in my family. I graze and milk around 40 head of homebred registered holsteins and raise all of my own young stock and grow all the crops. I have always had rabbits and chickens and I also enjoy working in the woods
I have loved farming and always wanted to farm for as long as I remember and I take pride in what I do. I guess it would be hard for some folks to understand unless they stood in my shoes. The ability to run your own business and make your own rules, to live that fresh, clean, healthy country lifestyle, To be able to do good honest work and enjoy the fruits of your labor, and the thrill of working your own land. I have always loved the peacefulness of the nights and the sounds of nature.
