Hello! I am Laurin...I have one horse named Emmy who I have had for 9 years now. I have been riding horses for about 13 years and love it! I ride hunt seat, but I have done some western showing and gaming for fun.

I am currently at SUNY Cortland for my Masters in Education Technology. So far so good...It will be even better when Emmy comes to Homer in Mid October! :)

I went to Nazareth College in Rochester, NY for Sociology with Inclusive Education (long way of saying becoming an elementary school teacher). I graduated with a B.A. in May of this year. My horse went to school with me and was a \"member\" of the Equestrian Team at Naz. I was a captain for the team for 2 years in a row and I enjoyed being a part of the new and growing team!

In the summer my horse and I are home here in Syracuse area...(20 minutes from the actual city). This past summer I worked for a daycare. The daycare is great because I get to play with the little ones all day and get paid to have fun!! :)

I am a very organized person. I enjoy \"dressing up\" (meaning a nice pair of jeans!) once in a while to go out (makeup and all- very rare..lol) What you see is what you get...I very honest...sometimes too much so, but I like the person I am and that\'s all that really matters to me!

I LOVE bullriding...I went to the PBR Finals a couple of years ago. I enjoy any types of rodeo in person or on tv along with Nascar and truck/tractor/horse pulls (I honestly don\'t know much about them but I really LOVE to watch them!) Ooo and demo. derbies too! :) Went to a few of them this past summer.

I am a go-getter...When I say I am going to do something I mean it...and I will almost always \"get \'er done!\" lol...I am determined in other words...I have goals and plans and I will do whatever I have to do to get there! :)

I enjoy going out and like trying new things. But I do not mind just staying home and watching a movie, cuddling, and just relaxing! :)

I am a people person and love spending time with friends and family whenever I can. I also like to read when I get the time...Horse/training and medicine/health for horses mainly!
